Carlos Aguilera Muga
Carlos Aguilera Muga is President of Gestar Blanchard International Group, a Santiago, Chile-based OD and Human Resources consulting firm. A skillful bi-lingual consultant, trainer, facilitator and coach in areas such as executive, team and organizational development, Carlos is a Psychologist and Master of Sciences, certified in Appreciative Inquiry and as a trainer of the Appreciative Leadership Development Program. He also holds licenses in cutting edge Leadership, Teams and Organizational Culture practices. Recognized for his capacity to achieve results through values-based processes, Carlos has worked in a variety of industries across the Americas, including mining, banks, finance, education, pharmaceutical labs and governmental agencies, delivering services in both Spanish and English. Carlos also has a solid presence in academia, teaching postgraduate programs in Chile’s main Universities and delivering presentations in international forums including the International Federation of Training and Development Organisations (IFTDO) and the International Organization Development Association (IODA).
