Claire Fialkov, Ph.D.Claire Fialkov, Ph.D. is a licensed psychologist and consultant dedicated to helping clients discover and maximize their strengths to bring out the best in themselves and in their relationships. Most recognized for her practice of Appreciative Inquiry and positive psychology within the social service, healthcare, community mental health and higher education sectors, Claire has been engaged in the study and application of psychology, communication, and relational transformation for more than 25 years. Along with David Haddad, she is a co-founder of Appreciative Action, a consultation practice that helps clients cultivate their capacity for intention and self-reflection. They use a strength-based approach to leadership, team building, evaluation, program development, and training with the goal of building more appreciative organizations. Claire is a Core Faculty member at the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology where she teaches family and systems therapy, supervision, and positive psychology. Her current research involves the use of a strength-based model to enhance clinical psychology training and supervision. Dr. Fialkov is a member of the International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA), a Clinical Member and Approved Supervisor of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT), a member of The American Psychological Association (APA), and a member of The American Family Therapy Academy (AFTA).
