Kae Rader

Kae RaderKae Rader, President of Rader Consulting LLC, has 30 years of experience in leadership and service in the nonprofit sector. A dynamic facilitator and consultant, Kae specializes in positive, practical approaches to maximize organizational effectiveness. She provides guidance to leadership teams in the areas of strategic planning, change management and operational excellence, and is a certified trainer of the Appreciative Leadership Development Program©. Kae is best known for her work with nonprofits, sports organizations, philanthropic foundations and governments. Her clients include: the U.S. Olympic Committee, U.S. Anti-Doping Agency, Idaho State Board of Education, USA Diving, USA National Karate-do Federation, and USA Judo. Kae holds a Master’s in Public Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the University of Colorado. She is Chair of the Communications and Marketing Subcommittee of the Government Appreciative Inquiry Network and is a member of the Institute of Management Consultants.
