What You Will Learn: Learn to design and facilitate large-scale change initiatives using the principles and practices of Appreciative Inquiry as applied to large group interventions. Hear how companies like McDonald’s, John Deere, Hunter Douglas Window Fashions and the US Navy have used the AI Summit methodology for organizational culture change, strategic planning, leadership development and customer service. Plan your own AI Summit in this a highly practical, interactive workshop.

Prerequisites: Familiarity with Appreciative Inquiry is required. Completion of a Foundations in Appreciative Inquiry workshop is strongly recommended.
