CPC offers a fresh and scalable approach to improving organizational life. CPC consultants have used Appreciative Inquiry in more than a dozen industry sectors serving a variety of clients throughout the world to find ways to uncover great attributes and talent in your organization; design a productive and inspirational planning session drawing on the highest aspirations of your team; work with executive groups to maximize performance and synchronize operations; organize project teams to meet time and quality standards; and launch a study of what people love about their work, so that they stay and grow within your organization.

Workshops

Our workshops are led by CPC principals and offered through the Taos Institute. You are welcome to join us for publicly offered workshops, all of which are frequently tailored to needs of an individual client; are organized around real-life applications; illustrate examples of success; provide practical, sound applications to help you create positive change in your organization; focus people on the positive aspects of what they do, rather than negative; energize participants; and include short introductions for your organization or association to learn more about how Appreciative Inquiry might work for you.
