A Note from Diana Whitney

Dear Colleagues and Friends,

Thank you for your interest in the Being Appreciative Inquiry Spiritual Retreat. It continues to be among my favorite Corporation for Positive Change offerings, yet I find myself needing to cancel it for 2009.

I feel as if I am in the midst of my own personal “harmonic convergence.” Amanda Trosten-Bloom and I have just submitted the 2nd Edition of The Power of Appreciative Inquiry to our publisher. It will be available early in 2010. And we have just accepted an offer from McGraw-Hill to publish our next book along with Kae Rader, Appreciative Leadership. In order for it to be available by mid year 2010, we must complete the manuscript by the end of November 2009. These wonderful writing opportunities along with a full schedule of client work create a need for me to say no to a number of other activities, including the Being Appreciative Inquiry retreat, for the next several months.

I will offer the Being Appreciative Inquiry Spiritual Retreat in 2010. At this time I do not have a sense of the date. Please watch our website for the new schedule. Thank you for understanding.
