Participants: This workshop is designed for consultants and leaders of Appreciative Inquiry (AI) initiatives in business, government and non-profit organizations and communities.
The newest addition to the CPC workshop series, Advances in AI is a topic-driven forum for exploring new horizons and key questions that make a different in the successful design and delivery of AI. Combining presentations from national thought leaders with thoughtful reflection on individual participants' projects, Advances in AI deepens and expands your ability to design and lead AI initiatives resulting in accelerated change with substantiated results. Topics for this year's forum include:
- AI-based strategic planning - Hear about the award-winning strategic planning initiative in Boulder County, CO.
- Appreciative living! - Explore AI's application to the field of personal growth and change.
- New frontiers in organization design - Consider and inquire into principles of organizing as if life matters.
- Sustaining positive results - Discover how to sustain and perpetually extend AI's hold on an organization and culture.
Prerequisites:
Previous attendance at a Foundations-level Appreciative Inquiry workshop is recommended. Experience applying the Appreciative Inquiry approach to at least one project is also required.
